  • Basic Package: Ideal for smaller websites with essential pages (e.g., Home, Contact Us, About Us, FAQs). This can take anywhere between 3-7 working days.
  • Standard Package: Suitable for projects requiring more pages or specific functionalities. Expect completion within 5-10 working days.
  • Premium Package: For larger, more complex sites, including e-commerce stores or highly demanding features. These projects generally range from 10-14 working days.
Key Factors Influencing Duration

To ensure a swift development process, clear communication and the speedy provision of all necessary content (such as text, images, and any other media) are crucial. Delays in receiving these materials can significantly extend the project timeline.

For those looking to build their dream website, please understand that the duration can extend as long as required to achieve perfection. This includes allocating sufficient time to integrate the right content, address any unexpected issues or bugs that may arise, and ensure every detail aligns with your vision. Our priority is to get it right, even if it means taking a bit more time.

We're flexible! We can build directly on your server if you provide domain and server logins, or we can develop on our GoingPixel servers and then migrate the completed site to yours when ready.

At GoingPixel, we prioritize clear communication regarding payments. While we prefer to take a small deposit, typically £200, to begin work on your project, we understand individual circumstances can vary. Therefore, a discussion can be had if you believe a deposit is not feasible for your situation. However, we reserve the right to request this deposit if we deem it necessary for the project's scope.

The full remaining payment will be requested via invoice upon completion of the website. It's important to note that our work on the website is considered complete once we believe it meets the agreed-upon requirements. This doesn't mean we can continue refining the site indefinitely; once deemed complete, payment is expected before further revisions or additions are made.

Crucially, your deposit is fully refundable if you are not happy with the work we've delivered.

We'll keep you updated frequently via email regarding your project's progress, and we always welcome your emails to discuss ongoing work. Once we've mutually agreed on the project's scope, we can exchange contact numbers to facilitate discussions via phone or WhatsApp.

 
 
 

 

Currently, we don't charge a monthly fee for hosting your website on our servers. However, we do anticipate a small monthly fee of £15 to cover hosting costs in the future. This fee will be significantly less than what you might pay for hosting on your own server. Should we need to adjust this due to increased server space requirements, we'll provide ample notice.

Our servers boast a 99% uptime, which means they are highly reliable, though not entirely infallible. While rare, outages can occur for various reasons, and we sincerely apologize if this ever impacts your website.

Rest assured, our 24/7 support team is on hand to investigate any downtime immediately. In the highly unlikely event of a prolonged outage, we would not expect to charge the hosting fee for that month.

Should you need to temporarily hide your website from the public, we can activate maintenance mode. Alternatively, we can take your website down entirely. Before either action, we're able to back up your website files so it can be made public again in the future. Please note that this restoration process can be time-consuming and would incur a chargeable fee.


We do not offer refunds for websites that have been completed, gone live, and for which full payment has been made. For instance, if we finish the work, you approve it for launch, and funds are exchanged, but you later change your mind about having a website, a refund for the completed work will not be issued.

However, if you've paid a deposit and decide not to proceed with GoingPixel or no longer require a website before completion, we're happy to refund your deposit and cease work on your project.

We want to clarify that we do not specialize in SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Our expertise lies solely in providing the website itself. The responsibility for marketing your website and driving traffic to it will be entirely yours.

We're happy to input all text, images, and content you want on your website. This approach allows us to ensure everything is perfectly optimized and doesn't negatively impact your site's responsive design.

For future edits, we're glad to guide you on how to make changes yourself – the Breakdance builder we use is very user-friendly! If you have a larger change request, we'll assess whether it would be a chargeable request.

For e-commerce functionality, you'll need to create your own payment gateway account. We highly recommend using Stripe. Once your account is set up, we'll integrate it with your online store, ensuring all payments and funds are securely processed and deposited directly into your Stripe account.

We're excited to build your website from scratch, however, it's important to know that this process can take longer. Without initial brainstorming or clear ideas from your end, the delivered website might not perfectly align with your vision. This would then require additional time to rectify, as we'd need to go back and forth to understand your specific preferences and dislikes.

Should you decide to have another company complete a website we've already started, a small fee will be required for the work completed up to that point.

You are welcome to have another party finish the project. If you wish to take the work we've already done and incorporate, change, or re-brand it, your deposit can be refunded. However, if this decision is made after we've agreed to payment and the site has gone live, no refund will be provided for the completed work. At that stage, the site and its files are entirely at your disposal to hand over to another company.
